I cannot say enough things about Ed! He is incredible. He’s truly a craftsman, his work can speak for itself. He can take any vision and turn it into something stunning. I had an issue with my engagement ring that I purchased from another retailer having a loose poorly set stone, They were unable to secure the stone and told me that it was a little loose. I took it to Ed and he fixed it immediately. We chose our wedding bands. My engagement ring was a unique Twist and Ed custom built a band that he melted from my aunts set and I got to watch that part!
Edward and his team are simply wonderful to work with. We have entrusted him with a full range of things, from restoring family heirloom watches, to simple watch band replacements, and even having him craft the most wonderful custom ring. He is professional, prompt, and his work has been of the most consistent, beautiful quality. I would absolutely recommend utilizing his services as a local, ethical jeweler. I cannot speak highly enough of business (or his sweet pup Goldie who is sure to greet you in-store every time you’re there).
I had an amazing experience at Lexington Jewelers! The service was exceptional, and they were incredibly efficient. I needed to have my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together, and they had this completed in less than 20 minutes! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless. Sadly, I lost a diamond from my wedding band. I should have been checking the prongs more closely. The ring was purchased in Michigan about 17 years ago. The original jeweler replaced a lost diamond about a year after the purchase for free. It was not until I took the ring to Ed where we discovered the original jeweler fixed my platinum ring with gold. Unbelievable! Ed was able to fix the ring in a few days and it looks great. I cannot recommend Ed enough! Exceptional experience.
